Definitions

Flower Cap Press – company owned by Tania Elfersy. Flower Cap Press owns and operates the Service and may also be referred to as "us", "we", or "our".

To use the Service, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, email address and other personal information. You agree that any information you provide to Flower Cap Press will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate another person or provide information or an email address that is not your own. Your use of the Service may not be for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

Purchases

 

When you purchase a product from Flower Cap Press, you will receive, via email, a confirmation of your order. If an email does not arrive, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Flower Cap Press will endeavor to ship physical products within two business days. Unless otherwise requested, standard shipping is with registered mail. Flower Cap Press is not responsible, under any circumstances,  for any delays caused by local or international mail services.

 

Refunds

 

There are no refunds on products purchased from the site. If, in the unlikely event, a product arrives damaged, contact us immediately via email and send us a digital picture of the damaged product. A new product will then be shipped using the same shipping method as used in the original order.

 

Disclaimer

 

The Service should be used for informational purposes only. You use the Service at your sole risk. Tania Elfersy is not a medical professional and the Service (including but not limited to all products) is not intended to be a substitute for medical, psychological or any other professional advice.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
