Lavender Salt Scrub

A deep-cleansing, skin-toning, invigorating scrub.

  • 5 tablespoons sea salt

  • 4 drops lavender essential oil

  • ½ teaspoon olive oil

  • water

Place salt in a bowl, drop in the lavender essential oil, stir thoroughly, add the olive oil and stir thoroughly again. Sprinkle in a small amount of water, just enough to moisten the salt mixture, and then massage into the skin. Rinse off. Makes one treatment.
